BOND’s systems and components were chosen and designed with the end user in mind. We specifically looked at individual weights of components, cost of replacement, and strength in order to reduce parts, pieces, labor, shipping, and damages on the jobsite. Our aluminum components were engineered and thickened in areas that would typically damage if hit or dropped in the field. Together, we know that these features will increase production and save you money in logistics and close-outs at the end of the project.
BOND – TOGETHER – STRONGER – SAFER
HV MAX DROPHEAD SHORING
A lightweight modular 6’x6’, 6’x8’ or 8’x8’ grid system that is fully compatible with the standard HV system components we have all been using for years. This system is designed to shore floors up to 22’ tall with a single post shore.
TOWER MAX 32K ALUMINUM SHORING FRAMES
Tower MAX is a lightweight, one-size aluminum frame designed for all shoring heights and offers easy climbing access. Towers can be pre-assembled on the ground and lifted into place with a crane, or they can be built in place by hand. The aluminum frame weighs half as much as a steel frame with comparable capacity, greatly enhancing worker efficiency and overall performance. With leg loads up to 16 kips this is a great option for all your tall shoring needs and can be used in conjunction with our HV MAX and FLEX MAX systems.
SWIVEL MAX TABLES
Swivel MAX Tables are a great option for projects that have the same footprint and 5 or more reuses. These tables are a valued solution because the props are able to flip up over bumper walls and safety handrails without needing to come off of the table. This makes it easy for cycling and safer because the workers are always protected inside of the building. Traditionally, these tables are built on the job and custom made for that specific project’s needs. Tables can be made at a maximum length of 26' deep or 30' wide pending on total weight. Each table is individually flown up the building with the use of our Lifting Fork.
PARKING GARAGE SHORING
When your project consists of beam and slab concrete decks, you need a labor saving shoring solution using a saddle beam. Bond offers two types of parking garage systems pending the jobsite and its conditions. HV MAX parking garage is a patented solution using all standard HV MAX equipment for jobs with lower floors and changing bays. For multiple level projects and repeated bay widths, we can offer table beams and slabs from our FLEX MAX system; both systems can be used in conjunction together or by themselves.
FLEX MAX SHORING
Is a versatile system using a solid wood core H20 beam (can be joists or stringers) and aluminum box stringers. The H20 wood beam and aluminum stringer is exactly the same height and width so they can be used interchangeably in the design. The versatility of joists and stringers allow the contractor to shore any deck thickness at any height.
